قد يخطيء الباحثون في الأديان – مثل أخوكم – إذا ظنوا بأن آثار قدماء أهل الكتاب غير موجودة عندنا … لقد مروا من هنا يوماً .. و لابد لهم من أثر! … أقصد … لعل … أو ربما ..
منذ عشر سنوات .. أخبرني صديق لي – بعد تأكيد الخبر من مصدر موثوق في جهة رسمية رفيعة – بأن المبنى الصغير في السبخة شمال بحيرة الأربعين في جدة ليس إلا كنيسة قديمة مهجورة !
أراني المبني – و إحنا في السيارة مارين جنب البحيرة – و رغم الظلام المغطي على السبخة الترابية .. إلا أن شكل المبنى لم يوحي إلا بكنيسة …
بعد عشر سنوات – اليوم تحديداً – كان لدي موعد مهم في عمارة الجوهرة – موعد عمل – و عمارة الجوهرة معروفة في جدة فهي تطل على بحيرة الأربعين – التي أكتشفوا بها تماسيحاً منذ سنوات .. يعني بحيرة التماسيح – و عند خروجي من الموعد و من باب العمارة رأيت ذلك المبنى أمامي في عز النهار .. تحت شمسنا البهية .. فقررت أن يكون شرف السبق الصحفي .. من نصيبي …
المهم .. بدأت بدخول السبخة الموبوءة .. بخطىً بطيئة .. و بدأت أقترب شيئاً فشيئاً من ذلك المبنى الغامض … و مع كل خطوة أحس بأني أكتشف أنواعاً جديدة من الحشرات – سبق علمي – و أحس بالخوف تدريجياً من أن يخرج لي – حنش – من هنا أو – عقرب – من هناك .. أو طبعاً – تمساح – من البحيرة … السبخة ترابها رطب جداً و لكنه لم يصل إلى مستوى الطين … و القاذورات و المخلفات من كل صوب … و الزجاج المكسور و المسامير و الأخشاب .. و هلم جراً …
وصلت إلى المبني .. أخرجت الجوال من جيبي .. بدأت بالتصوير .. بجوار المبنى توجد شاحنات .. و عمال باكستانيين كما يبدوا من زيهم الوطني .. لا أدري ماذا جاء بهم إلى هذا المكان .. و ماذا يحملون في الشاحنات أو يفرغون .. أكياس .. و ما حبيت أحشر نفسي و أتملقف عليهم ..
بدأت أتأمل المبنى … لا يبدوا إلا كنيسة … قوس في أعلى المدخل لتعليق الجرس الكبير .. مكان للقس في الجهة المقابلة من المبنى .. أطراف يمين و يسار للمبنى .. كنت أتسائل لماذا هذه الأطراف الممتدة بشكل ملفت عن جسم المبنى .. و فجأة و أنا أدور حول المبني أنتبهت لشيء غريب .. فعلاً .. المبنى الصغير على شكل صليب ! .. لا يمكن الخطأ في هذا الشكل … لكن هذا الصليب يفتقد إلى الرأس … درت بالعكس إلى مدخل المبنى مرة أخرى .. و كان واضحاً أن هذا هو رأس الصليب .. توجد مظلة على المدخل .. تحت الجرس .. أو – الناقوس – و يبدوا أنها كانت ذات دعامات أو جدران تكمل شكل رأس الصليب .. لكن ربما تهدمت … و الله أعلم ..
الأقواس و الأعمدة في المبنى لا تبدوا مثل أقواسنا نحن المسلمين .. تبدوا بالنسبة لي أنا إسبانية الإيحاء .. مسيحية الطابع … تقف أعلى السطح أعمدة غريبة .. تبدوا كأنها إمتداد للأعمدة التي تحمل الأقواس … المنظر من الداخل يشير إلى أنها كنيسة بشكل كبير … أقواس غائرة في الجدران .. كالتي توضع داخلها لوحات و شموع … المبنى أصابه دمار شامل من الداخل … جزء من الأرضية مخسوف … ابتلع معه أخشاباً و حجارة و ركاماً بشكل عام …
بينما كنت أفكر في الدخول إلى المبنى الذي يكاد ينهار … و أنا احاول التأكد من عدم وجود أي فأر أو أفعى بين أقدامي … شعرت بأن دخول هذا المبنى ليس بالفكرة الصائبة .. ولا لغرض التصوير .. فأي مبنى مهجور عندنا يتحول خلال شهور إلى ملجأ للسباع و الهوام و الجن و العفاريت ! .. لن أكذب … فأنا لست ذلك الشجاع المغوار … لكني إذا عزمت .. فعلت .. – إذا ما غيرت رأيي! – المهم اكتفيت بالتأمل من النوافذ و الأبواب في ذلك المبنى العجيب … و لاحظت شيئاً آخراً … هو أنه في حال أنها كنيسة .. و في حال صحة إستنتاجي بأن المدخل هو الجزء تحت قوس الجرس … فإن جهة الصلاة إلى الشمال … إلى بيت المقدس … حيث بيت لحم .. و كنيسة المهد … مما يجعل إحتمال كونها كنيسة حقيقية مهجورة أكبر من مجرد – أوهامي المجنونة – …. رغم علمي بأن النصارى لا يصلون إلى جهة بيت المقدس .. بل يصلون إلى المشرق … كما ورد في قصة نصارى نجران عندما استقبلهم الرسول ﷺ و لم يمنعهم من أن يصلوا في مسجده صلاتهم .. فاستقبلوا المشرق و صلوا .. بمعنى أن الكنيسة إذا كانت على شكل صليب … فإن جسد الصليب يوجه إلى المشرق … مثال ممتاز على ذلك كنيسة القديس بطرس في الڤاتيكان … الكنيسة الأم للكاثوليك .. طبعاً هذا الإختلاف في الجهة عائق كبير في فرضية أنها كنيسة فعلاً .. تأكدت من قووقل إيرث .. رغم رداءة صورة جدة .. إلا أنها أكدت لي بأنها موجهة نحو الشمال .. و ليس الشرق …
المهم … أثناء تصويري للجهة الشمالية .. بدأت بعض الحشرات المهجنة تقرصني في ظهري بشكل وحشي … مما دفعني للهرب من الموقع المشؤوم جرياً و أنا أتسائل .. هل أصابتني لعنة الكنيسة المسكونة ؟ … هل سيخرج في طلبي البابا بينديكت الثاني عشر مع الأحبار و الكهان ليقتلوني لأنني دنست سبات الكنيسة المهجورة ؟؟! .. لا يهمني .. المهم أن لا تكون هذه الحشرات التي تقرصني من النوع القاتل … و الباقي يهون …
المهم .. أترككم مع الصور .. و أنتظر آرائكم في الموضوع .. هل تعتقدون بأنها كانت فعلاً كنيسة للنصارى ؟ … أم كنيس لليهود ؟ أم شيئاً آخراً ؟؟
لست بخبير في دور العبادة و أبنيتها و تقسيماتها … و لم أخرج بإيحاء غير أنها كنيسة نصرانية … رغم أنها غير موجهة إلى المشرق … ماذا تعتقدون ؟
و أنا لا زلت أفترض … هذا مجرد إفتراض … دعمته بإستنتاجاتي المتواضعة .. ليس إلا ..

ما زلت أحاول فك اللغز الصعب
و يلزمني جولة على الإنترنت للتأكد من بعض الملابسات
في حال التأكد من كونها كنيسة أو كنيس
لست متأكداً ماذا سيفعلون
ربما تركوها
ربما هدوها
ربما لفوها و قالوا إنها مثلاً من بقايا الحرب العالمية الأولى
و ليست كنيسة أو كنيس
بقايا من خط سكة حديد الحجاز

و أنا أتأمل الصور .. تذكرت ” الإستاسيون ” في العنبرية بالمدينة المنورة
الإستاسيون – ستايشن يعني – هو محطة سكة الحديد الباقية من مخلفات سكة حديد الحجاز التي كانت تربط إسطنبول بمكة المكرمة أيام الدولة العثمانية .. مع فارق كبير أن الأقواس و الأعمدة في الإستاسيون إسلامية إلى حد واضح و حجارتها سوداء و رمادية ..
أما هذه – الكنيسة – فلا تشبه الإستاسيون بأي شكل .. كما أنها ما تجي واحد على مئة من حجم الإستاسيون … و لا يمكن بأي شكل أن نقول أن هذه الكنيسة من مخلفات محطة سكة الحديد … أصلاً هل كان خط الحجاز يمر بجدة أم لا .. لا أعلم .. أحد فيكم يعرف

ذهبتم بعيدا في معرفة هذا الأثر التاريخي القديم في مدينة جدة ..
هذا يا أبنائي هو كنداسة جدة ، كنداسة وليست كنيسة ..
هذه هي الكنداسة الأولى التي أنشأها الأتراك في جدة
والكنداسة هي آلة قديمة لتحلية الماء بواسطة التقطير ..
عتبي على كل من استعجل في الخلط بين كنيسة وكنداسة ..
وعتبي على البلديات التي تعاقبت على مدينة جدة ولم ( تمعلم ) هذا الموقع ..
وعتبي على مؤرخي جدة وكتابها وصحافيها الذين أضاعوا 90 في المائة من تاريخ جدة وآثارها وتراثها ومن بينها هذه الكنداسة العريقة..
كان الله في عون شباب جدة وأبنائها .. وكفى .
